Show Weekend is an opportunity for the parents of our full season campers to visit mid-way through a camper’s summer. Parents of full season and first session campers are invited to join us at camp on Saturday morning for a full day of activities. There are also activities planned for Sunday morning, with first session campers leaving around 1 pm. We are working on the 2019 schedule and will post it here when it’s ready. We look forward to welcoming you for Show Weekend!

Show Weekend Dinner for Parents & Families at the Lake Morey Resort (these details are from 2018 and not yet finalized for 2019)
The Aloha Foundation invites camp parents, siblings, and other family members to an early buffet dinner from 4:30-6:30 pm at the Lake Morey Resort before the shows at Aloha, Hive, and Lanakila. A cash bar will be available for beer and wine. We can accommodate up to 450 guests and hope to see you there! (Campers have dinner at camp and prepare for the show, so they do not attend.) Please email or call Brenda at The Aloha Foundation at (802) 333-3400, ext. 1108 to reserve your seat. Kindly include the names of all guests attending so we can have name tags ready for you. If your plans change and you are unable to attend, we ask that you let Brenda know in advance so we may offer your spot to another guest.

Nut-free picnic lunches for Saturday: Please plan to bring a picnic lunch to have with your camper on Saturday. Aloha, Hive and Lanakila are nut-free camps, which means no nuts or nut containing products can be brought in to picnics at any of our camps. We have campers who are extremely allergic to nut products, and any trace of nut oils from a picnic could have serious consequences. Please leave nuts out of your picnic choices. Thank you for your support on this issue.
