Have you considered starting a journal? Journaling is a great way to remember important events or feelings, reflect on your experiences, and set goals for yourself. Whether you write every day or just once in a while, a journal can help you track your journey to a specific goal (like becoming a great leader, having more confidence, making new friends) or as a memory keeper to help you look back at your journey and see what you were thinking, feeling, and doing at different points in your life.

Journals can take many different formats. Liz Rightmire (Aloha counselor 2020) shared her own experience of journaling and gives some great tips on how to start your own. Click here to read Liz’s suggestions for starting your own journal.
