Lui’s role includes serving as the primary point of contact for general office inquiries, organizing, and maintaining communal spaces, coordinating meetings, assisting with the international employee onboarding process and promoting staff engagement with a positive work culture.
Working for Aloha feels like home as her childhood summers were always spent at camp. First as camper then the natural progression of counselor. Her favorite part was always meeting the many international counselors and learning about their cultures. That same passion to connect with folks from other parts of the world is what drew her into working for the Aloha Foundation and her role in HR.
