WELCOME!

Sophie and Andrew are getting married! Below you will find all the information you need to make reservations at Ohana.

Guests will have access to Ohana’s lake waterfront, boating, recreation facilities, and hiking trails. Please remember that Ohana’s primary mission is a family camp, not a resort or hotel. Visit Ohana’s website for more information.

Ohana has no cell phone or Wifi service. A landline phone and computer with internet access are available for emergencies.

Housing Details

  • Ohana offers cabin accommodations. Each cabin has electricity, a living room, a fireplace, chairs, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a porch. Cabins range from one to four bedrooms. Bedrooms are furnished with twin or bunk beds.
  • Pillows, linens, blankets, bath towels, and washcloths are provided for all guests.  
  • Sophie and Andrew will make all the cabin assignments. Please contact the wedding couple for specific rooming needs: sophiekhatch@gmail.com or atlounsbury@gmail.com

Rates

Your two-night stay includes two breakfasts, lunch on the day of the wedding, and 9% VT rooms & meals tax. Friday night dinner and the reception dinner will be provided by the hosting families.

  • Adult in a cabin: $289 per person
  • Adult in a tent:  $196 per person
  • Child (4-12) in a cabin: $188 per person
  • Child (4-12) in a tent: $127 per person
  • Child (0-3) no charge, please list their names so that we can provide bedding.

Making Your Reservation

Registration Process: To make a reservation, you will need to sign in or create an account with the Aloha Foundation. Please use this private event link and click on the gray button to register as a wedding guest. Once you have completed your account and registered for your event, you will be prompted to make payments via credit card or electronic check. To complete your reservation, full payment is due.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
