Elizabeth Conklin

Elizabeth is Yale University’s Associate Vice President for Institutional Equity and Accessibility and Title IX Coordinator. A labor and employment lawyer by background, she has more than 15 years of experience in higher education administration. She draws on her expertise in inclusive leadership, facilitation, and coaching to build equitable, human-centered environments that foster learning, growth, and connection.
Elizabeth spent seven childhood summers at Aloha Hive and Aloha, including two as a counselor. More recently, she has enjoyed Ohana with her family and has been delighted to see the next generation enthusiastically embrace the camps.
