Welcome to the wedding registration site for Henry and Elaine. Please register here for accommodations at Hulbert Outdoor Center and remember to RSVP with Henry and Elaine as well.

Cabins: We have six comfortable winterized cabins. Each cabin has four bedrooms, equipped to accommodate either double occupancy, or four to a room. The cabins contain two bathrooms each with a shower, two sinks and two toilets. Linens, pillows, blankets and towels are included. One of our cabins is designed for the convenience of handicapped occupants.

Tents: We have canvas tents on wooden platforms outfitted with camp cots. Cots can be kept as single beds or pushed together to make a double bed. Shared baths are located in adjacent cabins have showers, sinks, and toilets. Linens, pillows, blankets and towels are included.

Henry and Elaine will be making the housing assignments, so please let them know of any special housing requests you may have. Don’t worry! They will make sure you are housed with people you know and love, or will know and love by the end of the weekend.

2 Nights (Friday and Saturday nights): includes lodging for 2 nights with linens; breakfast on Saturday and Sunday; lunch on Saturday & 9% VT rooms & meals tax.

  • Adult in a cabin:  $110 per person for two nights
  • Adult in Tent:  $110 per person for two nights
  • Child (age 4-15): $60 per person for two nights


  • Dinners are provided by the wedding party.
  • Henry and Elaine will make all housing assignments.

Making Your Reservation

Registration Process: To make a reservation, please sign in or create an account with the Aloha Foundation. Please be sure to select your housing preference; either Hulbert Winterized Cabin or Platform Tent. All registrants will apply to the “waiting list”. This is simply a list of registrants waiting to be processed. Once your registration has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Statements will be available in your online account and payment is expected within two weeks of receiving your registration confirmation. Payment may be made via e-check. You may also mail checks to the Aloha Foundation at 2968 Lake Morey Rd., Fairlee, VT 05045.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to the event, you will not receive a refund unless it is due to illness.
