WELCOME!

Welcome to the registration site for Jason’s 50th Weekend to be held at the Hulbert Outdoor Center. Please register below for your housing. Meals and activities will be provided.

Housing

We have six comfortable winterized cabins. Each cabin has four bedrooms, and all have two bathrooms.  The cabins are equipped to accommodate either double occupancy, or 4 to a room.  The cabins contain two bathrooms each with a shower, two sinks and two toilets.  One of our cabins is designed for the convenience of handicapped occupants.

Linen Packages:  Sheets, towels, blankets and pillow are available for additional $10 per person.

Rates

Friday and Saturday Night Lodging

  • Adults: Double Occupancy Room – $80 per person
    Quad Occupancy Room – $70 per person
  • Child (age 5-15): $50 per person
  • No charge for children under age 5

Saturday Night Only Lodging

  • Adults: Double Occupancy Room – $40 per person
    Quad Occupancy Room – $35 per person
  • Child (age 5-15): $25 per person
  • No charge for children under age 5

Making Your Reservation

Registration Process: To make a reservation, you will need to sign in or create an account with the Aloha Foundation. Please use this private event link: Create an account. Once your registration has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Payment may be made via e-check or credit card. You may also mail checks to the Aloha Foundation at 2968 Lake Morey Rd., Fairlee, VT 05045.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to the event, you will not receive a refund unless it is due to illness.
