Welcome to the registration site for Jen’s Birthday Weekend to be held at the Hulbert Outdoor Center. Please register below for accommodations and meals.
Housing
We have six comfortable winterized cabins. Each cabin has four bedrooms, and all have two bathrooms. The cabins are equipped to accommodate either double occupancy, or 4 to a room. The cabins contain two bathrooms each with a shower, two sinks and two toilets. One of our cabins is designed for the convenience of handicapped occupants.
Linen Packages: Sheets, towels, blankets and pillow are available for additional $10 per person.

Rates
Residential: include 2 nights lodging, meals, activities & 9% VT rooms & meals tax.
- Adult: $155 per person
- Child (age 4-13): $115 per person
Guest Staying Off-Campus: includes meals, activities & 9% VT rooms & meals tax.
- Adult: $100 per person.
- Child (age 4-13): $75 per person
Making Your Reservation
Registration Process: To make a reservation, you will need to sign in or create an account with the Aloha Foundation. Please use this private event link.: Create an account. Payment is expected via e-check at the time of registration. You will need your bank’s routing number and your account number to pay online. If you are unable to pay via e-check, please email Lynn Daly at lynn_daly@alohafoundation.org.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to the event, you will not receive a refund unless it is due to illness.
