Welcome to the wedding registration site for Kye and Erik. Please register below for accommodations at Hulbert Outdoor Center and remember to RSVP with Kye and Erik as well.
Housing
Cabins: We have six comfortable winterized cabins. Each cabin has four bedrooms, equipped to accommodate either double occupancy, or four to a room. The cabins contain two bathrooms each with a shower, two sinks and two toilets. Linens, pillows, blankets and towels are included. One of our cabins is designed for the convenience of handicapped occupants.
Tents: We have canvas tents on wooden platforms outfitted with camp cots. Cots can be kept as single beds or pushed together to make a double bed. Shared baths are located in adjacent cabins have showers, sinks, and toilets. Linens, pillows, blankets and towels are included.
Kye and Erik will be making the housing assignments, so please let them know of any special housing requests you may have. Don’t worry! They will make sure you are housed with people you know and love, or will know and love by the end of the weekend.

Rates
2 Nights (Friday and Saturday nights): includes lodging for 2 nights with linens; breakfast on Saturday and Sunday; lunch on Saturday & 9% VT rooms & meals tax.
- Adult in a cabin: $180 per person for two nights
- Adult in Tent: $120 per person for two nights
- Child (age 4-12): $60 per person for two nights
3 Nights (Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights): includes lodging for 3 nights with linens; breakfast on Saturday, Sunday and Monday; lunch on Saturday and Sunday & 9% VT rooms & meals tax.
- Adult in a cabin: $275 per person for three nights
- Adult in Tent: $185 per person for three nights
- Child (age 4-12): $60 per person for three nights
Guests Staying Off Campus: Guests staying Off Campus are welcome to join us for breakfast and/or lunch on either Saturday or Sunday at $15/per meal.

- Dinners are provided by Kye and Erik.
- Kye and Erik will make all housing assignments.
Making Your Reservation
Registration Process: To make a reservation, you will need to sign in or create an account with the Aloha Foundation. Please use this private event link: Create an account. Please be sure to select your housing preference; either Hulbert Winterized Cabin or Platform Tent. Payment is expected via e-check, credit card or paper check at the time of registration. You will need your bank’s routing number and your account number to pay online. If you are unable to pay via e-check, please email Lynn Daly at lynn_daly@alohafoundation.org.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to the event, you will not receive a refund unless it is due to illness.
