Aloha Foundation Executive Chef and Ohana Head Chef

Many years ago, while making his way through a degree in archaeology, Steve realized his true passion in life was to cook for others. Since that time he has attended New England Culinary Institute and worked in Chicago, Las Vegas, and finally the Upper Valley. He loves all kinds of foods, and in particular ethnic cuisines, which allows him an inside look into other cultures. He lives in East Thetford with his wife, 3 kids, 2 dogs, 2 cats and 1 rabbit. As someone who vacationed at family lodges and camps in his youth, Steve feels at home at Ohana.
