Elizabeth Conklin

Elizabeth is Yale University’s Associate Vice President for Institutional Equity and Accessibility and Title IX Coordinator. A labor and employment lawyer by background, she has more than 15 years of experience in higher education administration. She draws on her expertise in inclusive leadership, facilitation, and coaching to build equitable, human-centered environments that foster learning, growth, and connection.
Elizabeth spent seven childhood summers at Aloha Hive and Aloha, including two as a counselor. More recently, she has shared two summer weeks at Ohana with her husband and son, Henry, who now enthusiastically attends Lanakila.
