Elyse Lyons

Elyse Lyons is an independent leadership and career coach with a passion for helping female leaders define and achieve their professional and personal goals. Her coaching and consulting engagements leverage 15 years of experience in HR and compensation consulting and a broad background in customized educational program design and delivery. Current and past coaching clients include leaders in Fortune 500 corporations, higher education and high tech. Prior to starting her own business, Elyse worked as an HR consultant for 15 years and a teacher and administrator in a private school for eight years. She holds a BA from Wellesley College, an MA from Middlebury College, and an MBA from Duke University.
Elyse credits the Aloha Foundation with providing an early foundation for her coaching style thanks to their training in success counseling when she was a counselor at Hive. Elyse attended Hive and Aloha as a camper for seven camper and four counselor years. Her two children have attended Horizons, Hive and Lanakila since 2012.
