Overview
Hulbert’s beautiful lakeside setting, historic barn, and scenic outdoor ceremony venues provide a perfect backdrop for your special day. Invite your guests for an entire weekend filled with activities, fun, and good food, all hosted by our caring and experienced staff. Whether you are planning a winter, spring or fall event, we look forward to welcoming you and designing an event that will be remembered for years to come. Hulbert has several beautiful and unique ceremony sites from which to choose. Our chapel in the woods is just a short walk away from the main buildings but gives the feeling of a secluded wooded clearing. Our outdoor amphitheater features log seats set into the hill. Or you might choose from our lakeside space under the willows, our wonderful barn with fieldstone fireplace or in front of the fire in our Main House. The Main House and Barn are also lovely reception sites. Larger parties may opt for a tent on our field. All of our spaces allow you to create a special day that is truly your own.

Prepare, Stress Free
Our dedicated, full-time events coordinator has established relationships and valuable connections with local vendors who can enhance your special day. This includes:
- Florists
- Caterers
- Bar Service
- DJs
- Photographers
- Amenity rentals (tents, chairs, tables, dance floors, lighting, tableware, etc)
On-site Catering
Eat Well
Our talented team of chefs can design menus for your wedding meal and rehearsal dinner to wow all your guests. Hearty and delicious breakfasts and lunch can be provided for your overnight guests. If you prefer to bring in an outside vendor we will work with you to ensure that the meal goes off without a hitch. Alcohol served to guests must be through a licensed bartender.
Recreation
Enjoy Outdoor Activities
Recreational facilities include two all-weather tennis courts, hiking trails, a basketball court, and playing fields for soccer, baseball and volleyball. Winter facilities include cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails, and ice-skating on the lake or our lighted rink.
