Anne Shore Sleep-Away Camp Program for 1199 Union Members
Welcome to the Aloha Foundation Camps in Fairlee, Vermont!
We’re excited to have your child join us at camp this summer! The next step in confirming your child’s enrollment is to complete this brief registration form as soon as possible. After reviewing the form, we will email you with account login information so you can complete the health forms and questionnaires (due April 25).

Transportation
Your child may sign up for free camp-sponsored transportation between NYC and camp or you may drive your child to and from camp. Please be sure to indicate your preference on your camp registration form.
Transportation varies depending on your child’s session dates:
- June 26: Campers will take our chaperoned camp bus to camp.
- July 19: Campers will take the Dartmouth Coach bus to NYC with camp counselors.
- July 21: Campers will take the Dartmouth Coach bus to camp with camp counselors.
- August 12: Campers will take our chaperoned camp bus back to NYC.
Uniforms & Packing
Your child will be automatically signed up to rent (for free!) the following items.
- Enough T-shirts, shorts, warm layers, and sweatpants for the whole session (plus a camp tie).
- A trunk (or footlocker), 2 sets of sheets, 2 pillowcases, 3-4 warm blankets, 1 pillow, 2 bath towels, and 2 washcloths.
Your child will need to pack all other required items on the packing list:
- Aloha Camp (7th – 10th grade graduates): Aloha Packing List
- Hive Camp (3rd – 6th grade graduates): Hive Packing List
