Shipping TO Camp: If you choose to use a lock, please be sure your camper has a key or knows the code! Baggage may arrive on or after June 15 and should be sent to your camp’s address (not the foundation office):

Shipping FROM Camp: All camper baggage needs to be shipped in a trunk or duffel. We recommend sending your child with a packing list to make packing up at camp a little easier. Camp counselors will help campers pack their trunks and duffels and will apply luggage tags. Trunks and duffels will be shipped as is – we are unable to box items for you. If you would like your luggage locked, please send your child to camp with a lock. Please note that while Ship Camps coordinates the shipping and sends us all the luggage tags (no need for you to send us your tags!), they are not the shipping carrier. Trunks and duffels are packed and labeled by camp staff, then picked up FedEx or UPS.
Last minute change of plans? If your plans change after camp begins and you decide to have some things shipped home, you may want to email your camp office with a note for your child (and their counselor) about specific packing plans (ex: camp uniforms and bedding in the trunk to be shipped; shoes, books, swim suits in the duffel to be picked up on Closing Day).
