Our Friend
Cheryl Olson came to the Aloha Foundation in 2018 and enthusiastically supported the work of the Development Office for eight years. Entrusted with our entire community database, Cheryl helped us stay connected with the people at the heart of Aloha: alumni, donors, parents, and friends. With a friendly face and a patient ear, Cheryl was deeply appreciated as a colleague and often helped new staff find their footing in a new place.
She worked remotely from her home office in Cranston, Rhode Island, but often made the trip to Fairlee for staff gatherings and celebrations. When not working, Cheryl liked to read, take walks in nature, build puzzles, and swim in her pool in the summer. We think of her fondly and will miss her dedication, her kindness, and her laugh.
