Arlynn Polletta

Director of Equity, Inclusion & Outreach

As an experienced diversity, equity, and inclusion practitioner in schools and nonprofits, Arlynn brings an approach to DEI that focuses on relationship-building, accountability, and centering the voices and experiences of marginalized individuals and communities. 

Arlynn joined the Aloha Foundation as the Director of Equity, Inclusion & Outreach in 2022 and provides leadership to support the advancement of a collaborative and coordinated approach to EIO across programs. Prior to her work at the Alohas, Arlynn served as a facilitator with the Allyship to Action arm of the Center for Racial Justice at UMass Amherst and the Equity & Inclusion Coordinator at the Pingree School. She continues to support progress in educational equity and justice through her work with Liberation Learning Collective. 

In her free time, Arlynn enjoys outdoor adventuring with her family and sharing her love of theater in the Upper Valley arts community.
