Dan joined the Aloha Foundation in 2012 as an Assistant Chef for Ohana. He took over as Head Chef for the family camp in 2015, and eventually joined as a full-time employee. In 2020 Dan took over as Director of Dining Services and has continued to build and improve the department.
Dan hails from Westport, Massachusetts where he attended UMASS Dartmouth and earned his Associates in Culinary Arts degree from Bristol College. When not in the kitchen he is spending time outdoors with his wife Amanda and two children Murphy and River.
